Upgrading from a 8-Year Old Intel Mac to a M3 Pro MBP, I can totally relate to this story. With my previous Mac, I just got used to the slow speed and performance and thought this was the way it worked. It literally got into my head.

But everything changed after I got my new Mac. It made me realize how slow my previous Mac was. And the compromise I was making in the past was just making me slowly lose interest in the things I did, as you pointed out correctly.

If only this story had come out earlier, I would have made the switch right then and there. But I am sure there are many other old-Mac users like me who need this… thanks for sharing this story, Jakub!
