I just heard about Hardcover.app for the first time and am checking it out as I type this. First Impressions: It does seem like a fun app. Reminds me of StoryGraph when I first tried it.

I agree with your take on GoodReads. Amazon's integration makes it a great choice for Kindle users. It's just sad to see them not do much after that. I am not sure how the Kindle API works but it would be really cool to see that kind of integration with some other apps too.
