Since you mentioned you need to move around a lot, I would go with the MacBook Air. It’s lightweight and at the same time delivers just as much performance. I am not sure what your GPU requirements are but if they rely on 3D Designing or Video Editing, that is the only time I would recommend a Pro.

As for iPhone, you could go for the older models since you depend less on it. That would make it budget-friendly and you could max out the storage to 1TB too.
