I absolutely agree. I have been finding that "internet-apocalypse safe" note-taking app for a few months now. I will try out Microsoft One Note too. Seems pretty cool as per your recommendation. Maybe at the end, I should compare all these note-taking apps to see which one's the best for 'locally stored' note-taking. Thanks again for the suggestion!
